How to Sign the Lease Agreement on TWA Portal

Step-by-Step: Signing Your Lease

Here’s your guide in signing in the Month-To-Month Lease Agreement:

Step 1: Access the Lease Agreement 

Log in to your Tenant Web Access account (https://lucky.twa.rentmanager.com). Then, locate the lease agreement document highlighted in yellow on the dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Document

In the dashboard, click the Review button to open the document.

Or you can go to the Documents to Sign tab to check the document to sign.

Here’s a copy of the Lot Lease Agreement document:

Step 3: Review and Sign the Lease

Scroll to Page 6 to sign the Month-to-Month Lease Agreement. 

And navigate to Page 10 to sign Lucky Communities’ Rules & Regulations.

Type your initials and your name for the signature:

And here’s the Date Picker or the date you signed the lease.

Step 4: Submit the Signed Document

Once all required fields are completed, click the Yes button to finalize the document.

And the final message after submitting the signed document.

You can view the lease document that needs to be signed in the Documents to Sign tab in the Nav Bar.

Once you return to your dashboard, you will notice the box previously marked “Signed” will now display “Completed.” If you need to see the document in the future, simply click this box.
