Effective March 1, 2025, the monthly rent for Parkwood Mobile Home Park will increase to $410. This decision was not made lightly and reflects the growing costs and investments necessary to ensure our park remains a place you’re proud to call home.

Rising costs for utilities, waste management, insurance, administrative services, staffing, and essential services directly impact the expenses associated with operating the park.Inflation:
Like all businesses, we face the challenges of inflation, which increases the cost of materials, supplies, and services needed to maintain the community.Market Adjustments:
The rent adjustment also helps align our rates with current market trends in the area, ensuring that we remain competitive while continuing to provide a high-quality living experience.

Continue Your Lease:
If you wish to stay with us, you don’t need to take any immediate action. Your new rent of $410 will automatically take effect starting March 1, 2025.Move-Out Notice:
If you choose to vacate, we kindly request that you provide written notice at least 30 days in advance of your planned move-out date, as per the terms of your lease agreement.
